to whom may this concerni went in to your palmers green branch subway and met with a assistant named rashedhe was very rude limited the salad on my foot long didn’t want to serve me properly and only put 6 sweet corns 6 cucumbers in my sub which was a joke I am very disappointed with the way i was treated i want you to take action before i email the ombudsmen i await your reply as until he is working in there i or any of my employees will not visit subway again, please remember i have 25 employees & they up till today used to visit subway daily, the staff called rashed is not someone i would want to see in this branch. he has no customer serving skills always moody and i will be boycotting this subway unless you remove himthank you

Always order a veggie wrap, always ask for NOT TOASTED and I always ask for CHEESE. It always arrives TOASTED and with NO CHEESE. This time, the veggie delite has been delivered with a Plant Pattie. Have had to re order. Ridiculous. Staff should know how to read a simple set of ingredients and instructions.

Ordered a few times and everytime they get the order wrong. No CHEESE, even though I've paid for it. No olives. Other times they have added what I haven't asked for. The other one was completely burnt. How can you even send this out???

Awful. I ordered a veggie delight with 4x the lettuce... I just wanted a shed load of salad in a sandwich and paid almost £7 to get that... Instead I got the most pitiful teeny amount of salad imaginable. So that's a £7 peice of bread. My partners sandwich loaf wasn't even cooked - it was doughy and stuck to the paper. Awful standard if you get delivery. I guess you have to be there in the store to get decent portions.
