I have visited Rayner's Lane branch few times as I have to come due to my work. The Staff friendly and helpful. Full marks.Very different to the Costa in Ickenham which I would not dare to go after several negative ecperiences.

Always lovely atmosphere at this Costa branch. Staff are welcoming, especially Priyanka Patel and Stefika who are polite and give service with a smile :)
The coffee was mostly water. The barrister didn't even offer the breakfast deal. An Americano is about £2.90 and the breakfast deal which includes an Americano and a sandwich is £2. I also ordered cold oat milk and she gave me hot oat milk and she was rude when I asked to change it as I asked for a cold one.

Had a real bad experience at Costa rayners lane, the lady shift manager was very rude, very curt, very insulting and just ruined my morning coffee, the female serving me on the till was very polite and humble but out of nowhere the other female decides to jump in and ruin the whole order and on top did not even give a receipt, when asked for it says you have a lot of time to waste, I have a que to serveComplaint on its way soon to Costa

Love Costa coffee. The taste is the same from branch to branch.Located near Rayners Lane station so perfect for meeting with friends. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Hot and cold food/drinks and snacks.Friendly staff and quick service.
