Haven't ordered from here in years, so thought id give it a try again after numerous bad pizza and customer service from elsewhere.Tasty pizza, good amount of toppings, lovely customer service from lady on the phone and behind the counter. Shame they don't take cash.

How you can price a pizza at £22, charge £2.49 for delivery, then have the cheek to send an email saying tip the driver is beyond me.

every day the employees behave as if there is no one around, there is a shout to the sky, starting with the first hour at opening and then starting with 9 o'clock in the evening until closing - crates are thrown, carts are moved, trash cans are pulled - it is revolting to be able to endure this nightmare day by day

The pizzas were nice but ordering, or trying to, over the phone was excruciating. Offers online were out of date the menu in shop was out of date. A well known business with a lot of issues to sort out.

This isn't my first problem with the branch when ordering food.But I've just called about 4/5 times before someone even answered the phone. And when it was answered in the most polite manner possible she couldn't understand what i was saying.Somone answering the phones English should be really good to be able to communicate

Ordered Sunday eve. Just had 2 pizzas and a couple of sides. I only ate a few slices of my pizza. Since that evening I have had bad food poisoning having to take a day off of work. My stomach still hurts now. I would not advise eating here. This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed. The first time was when I was told I'd get a refund on a 40 pound online purchase they couldn't honor and the refund was never returned to my card. They've taken my money with no service and they've now made me ill. Never again....

Ordered an Italian based pizza with toppings. I could hardly see any peppers on the pizza and pizza was thin crushed instead of Italian base. Really disappointed with the quality as the same pizza ordered in Cheltenham Domino's and the quality was completely different. Definitely needs some improvement at Pinner branch.
