I have had the best night here. Food was delish. The staff were so accommodating, kind and generous. Couldn't do enough for us. 10/10! Best night out I've had in a long while. Absolutely the best in the area, the food and the hospitality is the best. The venue has been done up nicely giving you a calm & luxurious atmosphere along with such caring and lovely staff here. You'll get a different experience here and the food will top any other Indian restaurants around the area without a doubt. Come here and try for your yourself.

What a great place! Been meaning to come to Rude for a while and finally made it. We arrived at 5pm, and was greeted with a smile. Food was amazing and well cooked. Cocktails were also well made. Nice mellow music playing in the background and not so loud like many other places.The space is small but they have done well utilising it and lovely bar decor too!We had a lovely chat with the owner and head chef, what a humble man!! You don’t normally get this service in a restaurant. He then went out his way to come and ask if the food we ordered was good and if he could assist us any further. As complimentary, they didn’t charge us for a beer, apple juice and plain rice for my baby. What a great, friendly service! Definitely one to visit in Hatch End! Thank you again!Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating, baby seats available.

Went to rude for the first time on Wednesday. Service was excellent,really friendly and helpful. Food was equally as good. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Now my favourite Indian restaurant in the area.

We had an excellent time last night at Rude. Brilliant service the staff were fabulous, attentive and very caring. We had taken family who had come over from America and they were impressed. The starters and all the mains were delicious. One dish we didn't quite like but the staff were apologetic about it and took our feedback on board. Definitely going to be our regular go to place now as the service makes it. Also the DJ was fab we loved the music!Thank you for a great night!

Food was amazing, we had complimentary shots for waiting as they were still setting up although we had booked the table for 17pm, the atmosphere was nice , staff were friendly and enjoyed our food, will definitely return again

So the starters we had were nice but lacked a little flavour, the mains however were really delish. The cocktails were well made and yummy. Service was good. The place is quite small and filled up later on in the evening.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie options

Absolutely fantastic place! The staff were so nice and accommodating, very friendly, very helpful. We had a lovely meal followed by drinks and dance. They had a DJ, great atmosphere and wonderful people. Highly recommended

Just awful! I think the name says it's all. The music is so loud that you can't talk to eachother. The place is the size of my lounge, so why it has to be so loud if beyond me. Food is nothing special and the service is poor. Flashing lights make it feel like a 1980s wedding, and the music is awful. The DJ disappears every 5 mins so basically they are playing a spotify playlist. Spice and ice is no longer the worst place on the high street, this one wins hands down. It doesn't belong here. It has no idea what it wants to be, but does nothing well. The name, sign and lighting make it look like a strip bar. Embarrassing! Avoid at all costs.

The lady behind the bar is the rudest person i have ever met-perhaps the warning is in the name of the bar.. we asked how long our food was going to be and she said “this is not Mcdonald’s, we cook our food fresh” you have to wait This was the second time i had encountered this lady, the last time was at Birthday party for which the venue was booked. The staff are stretched and inexperienced and cannot cope with the punters.. they could not take card payments at one point either. unless they invest in more staff or she has a serious attitude over hall.. this will be another short lived venture that has popped up in Hatch End..
