The drink and food that I ordered arrived quickly and tasted good. Some of the staff were friendly, most were indifferent, but the manager was very strange, she was yelling the entire time, not in an angry way, just about general things like who was going to help her restock the fridge, or she'd yell across the entire cafe to ask another member of staff a question. It was so awkward that people near me were nervously laughing and it just made for an off putting atmosphere.

Nice location, good coffee and nice staff!

Tables are often messy but it seems that way because staff are busy serving and customers are too lazy to pick up after themselves.Vegetarian options: Plant based dairy options available

Local cafe with a lot of space and not too busy in the mornings.

I've never got a good vibe from this Starbucks but this time I had to write a review. My click-and-collect order wasn't even noticed, the lady was cleaning on the floor when I asked her if I was waiting in the right place for click-and-collect.She said "have you ordered" (which I thought was a silly question because otherwise why would I ask??) and then she went to check. She apologised - to her credit - but then started making my drink without washing her hands! She rushed it so much that she basically dumped it in a cup and handed it over, unfortunately it had no foam at all (I'd ordered a caffe latte) so I asked them to remake it, which they did begrudgingly. The staff are just cold and unfriendly here, and it turns out they can't make lattes either.

The manager Debbie has made this place what it is. Friendly staff who get to know the locals, very kind to everyone & even my dog is well looked after! Debbie & and her team work extremely hard.

If you’d like your coffee with a side of incredibly rude, slow service in the worlds hottest Starbucks littered with empty cups and leftovers of the customer before you, this is the place for you. Special shout out to Dilshad who, believe it or not, is a supervisor, for her trick of turning her back on you and simply ignoring you whilst she speaks to her friends rather than have to acknowledge you and take your order. Awful.

Location is interesting - cute and small. Nice atmosphere and inviting vibe. Woman on the till was miserable, unfriendly and unhelpful - unseemly for Starbucks…shame!!

Good service, quick polite and friendly, spacious and not overcrowded.Tables are regularly cleaned and from several seats there are good views out to the high street which is cool. Customers tiwards the inside have coffee and have laotops to the outside there is coffee and conversation. It works. It is dpg friendly with a bowl juat inside the door but that isnt ice fir non doggy people. Aa they come in droves and it is off putting. Maybe adding this to the outside of the sbop would be better.

Starbucks restaurant/cafe appears very clean. The place has a warmth, a cosiness with some armchairs with space and quiet around them the first things you encounter. Then the chairs and tables section and the counter. Everything slightly dark but warm, neat and organized, almost like a child with little toys lined up.The coffee prices are mostly around £4 . You decide if that is reasonable. There are bottles of water, also neatly stacked, and some small food items available.Staff seem correctly busy with customers and attentive, young and keen.Quite nice and inviting if that's what you like.

I am very disappointed I wanted to order a pink coconut drink and just as I receive my order the drink isn’t there and they say sorry wasn’t any pink coconut and the tried to call in but I didn’t receive any calls at all.The drink was luckily refunded.Never ordering out again!

Wasn't too impressed when they were about to use a disposable cup but they did let me have a ' proper cup' when I questioned it. The fact that milk is added straight away is an issue as tea requires brewing before adding milk.
