Worst experience ever. 2 staff members, 1 wouldn’t serve me as he was eating, the other took 10 minutes to serve the customer in front. Finally I got served, he didn’t know how to make a cheesey garlic bread, he was then showed by the other staff member and the proceed to drop it. No gloves.

I went to the Subway to buy just a slice. I was waiting for 5 minutes as there was nobody from the staff. I heard that someone was talking (non-english language), so, I called and the staff appeared but still talking with someone by phone. I saw that I have around 4 minutes to the bus. I thought it is possible to make a margherita slice in 3 minutes or less. Well, that woman can not as she was more focused on talking on the phone. I tried politely rush her but it was for nothing as she still was talking on her phone.The time was melting and that staff didn't care about nothing just the conversation on her phone. First attempt to pay failed but the second went through. Moreover, that staff was shouting on me "What's my problem! You have to pay!". I paid, I was late for the bus and to my classes at university just because the conversation on the phone was more important than the customer. Very unprofessional attitude and service. Also, I wish to know why the single margherita slice cost £1.99 when on the pricing is £0.99?

IMO the best subway restaurant in Harrow. The staff is so courteous and helpful. He made sure to change his plastic gloves as I am a vegetarian. Spoke politely. I went there straight for 3 consecutive days.
