I bought a cupcake for my 2 year old daughter, unfortunately she couldn't eat as the cupcake was stone hard. I couldn't go back as we was already away when I found out. Please make sure you not selling food which is uneatable.

Ordered through just eat. The driver messed as he spilt a drink all the order. The manager at Wenzels (Fawaz) called me back and said he would make a fresh order for me. I went to collect the food myself it was sorted quickly.. Full merits for his services

I’ve recently moved into Pinner and after a bad experience with the cafe next door, have been happily using Wenzels and am happy to do so for the foreseeable future. The staff smile, are welcoming and the atmosphere is great. Customer service is not rocket science people and if you get it right, customers will return. I will upgrade my score to five stars if you can make donuts that are non fattening! :) Thank you to all the staff who work in the Pinner store.

I usually come in here with no issues. However I am a vegetarian and asked the lady behind the till for a cheese and onion pasty half way down the road I realised after eating the top pastry in was in fact a steak bake! to my horror when I went back the lady behind the till said nothing took my pastry and went ahead trying to wrap the correct pastry. No apologies in fact didn't say a word when I explained I was a vegetarian. In the end I said can I have my money back. No customer service no apology
