Not happy with the service. The lady and the man they are not polite or kind. They make you feel not welcome. Rest all of the branches have good staff only upton park station hasn’t.

The most horrible & rude staff possible!!! Treating customers in the worst possible way!! Im not surprised that this outlet is mostly empty while all other places around have queues of customers waiting!! Get your act together guys!! Embarassing!!

Today I went to this store . Normally I don’t like to write reviews about anyone. But today I am doing because it’s make me really upset. This is very regretting that the behaviour of the sandwich chef whose name is Sujj or something like that is very rude because the way he behaved it’s seems looks like we are the Customers does not gonna pay the money. As he his serving free food. As a customer whatever we want it’s his duty to make it that way not to ask us unnecessary question that are we gonna pay the money or not Or behave rude . If he had a bed day he can’t express its towards the customer. It was a really very bed experience of mine and embarrassing as well. I just hope that this review will help him to learn a better customer experience skills. Not to behave rude with anyone.

Food was good however the rude person behind the counter ignored me and kept talking to his friend when I clearly wanted to make a order, I had to shout at him to get his attention and he barely paid attention to me asking to repeat what my order was. Food was decent

Very nice branch actually, workers are nice and friendly and the place is clean enough every time I go. Never had a bad experience although last time I went the bread was bit harder and dryer than usual, I’m guessing it was in the oven for a few seconds too long maybe??

I ordered a pizziola sandwich but their service was so slow and the sandwich was not toasted properly and the manager here was even more rude.Even after making a mistake, he turns back and shows that he made it well.Very bad experience from upton park subway.

I've recently visited this store around 9o'clock I'd asked staff named suija to use my reward points at the end he denied and asked me to come tomorrow it'll start working....Totally disappointed I'm about take my dinner worst service I've ever seen
