Worst customer service i have ever seen. Even they ask money for dip. Worst I don't recommend anyone to go for it.

Me and my husband went to Woolwich and ordered pizza in the restaurant but there is not available Toilet for the customer. When we asked to the staff to use toilet they said us to go to Tesco, that the toilet now is a storage roo. This is something that I can't understand.... Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Worst service ever from the woolwich store, unbelievable customer service have ever experienced in my life. Never dealt with such bad company before in my life. I ordered a customised pizza that clearly stated no mushroom, pizza arrived with mushroom toppings everywhere I called them up to explain the situation I was told to wait 6 to 7 mins for driver to bring a replacement pizza and pick up the wrong pizza , 15 mins later no replacement pizza. I called them back again, and told them am going out, so they can pick up the wrong pizza and refund me back I was told they can’t do refund and I have to wait till driver is available to deliver to me. Is over 25 mins still no pizza, no refund, no apology. The worst store ever, am so disappointed with the way they actually treated people.

*AVOID!* My pizza came undercooked and soggy, I tried one slice and it was inedible, I still feel sick now. When I called up to explain they said it couldn’t possibly be under cooked and blamed it on the pineapple being on the pizza! Ridiculous really, I often have pineapple on my pizza and it has never made the pizza soggy and wet. They then refused to send me a new pizza because they where closing, that’s probably the reason why it was under cooked in the first place, because they where rushing to get out of there. Explains why it arrived so quickly. I’m disappointed and shocked at the low standard of this domino’s and how little they cared to rectify the problem. After they refused to send me a properly cooked pizza, I had to ask for a refund. Although they did accept the refund, they did not seem the slightest bit apologetic and instead made excuses like “the pineapple makes it soggy” then when I shut that down they blamed it on “the stuffed crust” rather than owning up to their mistake. Poor show domino’s.

i ordered 3 pizza today and one of them was not baked and i called them to explain them the situation and they where saying its not possible and they never sort it out. i guess im going back to dominos

Customer service was extremely poor. Staff were very rude and dismissive. The restaurant is also very cold. They were handling the pizza with their bare hands, and i saw one scratch his face and continue. Overall I do not recommend and would not be going there anymore. I'm actually done with Domino's I had been a loyal Customer for over 20 years.Parking: There is a 2 hour free parking

The place was really not tidy to be honest and though it was self service but you expect the tables to be cleaned up. The pizza was okay, no sauces (ketchup/mayo/ peppers) were available on the tables and you have to pay extra for any sauces.
