I made an order through the app and I never received the confirmation but I was charged. I arrived to the store and complaint but they told me it was nothing they could do about it and made me pay twice. Food quality is horrible. I believe they are not the cleanest. It is a shame because I think kfc it is better than Popeyes, but not in this location, where in Powis street you can get better quality. I would recommend an investigation to this place, it doesn’t look hygiene and they lack of customer service.

I walked in and ordered for 4 pieces drums sticks and actually made this clear to the staff. Shockingly after I reached home i had received totally different piecesWhat got me upset was the staff on handing me my meal clearly stated enjoy your drum sticks.A-lot of staff poor communication skills i would say. Not organised at all. For a busy setting the staff set up needs more input. Kindly check your meals before leaving if u request for specific meals.Poor phone handling i would say they never answer their phone so no need to call.Kid-friendliness: They have eating in space below the restaurant.However place would do with regular cleaning as it looks so dirty.
