I ordered myself only a mcmuffin and I waited for a good 20 minutes just for that one item, i came up to the counter respectfully asking if they know anything about my order due to it already being twenty minutes and i was meant to start my shift at that moment, the girl smirked and said that there is definitely no way i waited twenty minutes and i just have to wait. They display something else & give their worst ever paddington stuffed toy every time. They always have excuses for the same. Today the excuse was that the toy vendor stopped supplying the toys. Worst service in this store. Better go with some other restaurants. A happy meal craze is NO MORE alive....
One of the worst McDonald's ever. Food is not great, they don't know how to dress burgers and add the right amount of extras, they will either add too much or the normal amount :|, they underfill the fries and some of the staff are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I don't think I want to come back here, Pettman Crescent branch is way better.

Honestly awful customer service and managing, I’ve been waiting a month to hear back from the manager, will be lodging a formal complaint, I was trying to get a toy that was part of a promotion for a child in my family and the manager told me I could have the one form the display when the promotion ended but to call to arrange picking it up. So I did, staff member answered and wouldn’t put me through I explained to her and she told me that the promotion hadn’t ended (it had) and to call again in two weeks I did just that called 15 times over a 7 day period no answer I ended up going down there asked for the manager (he was not there. So I had to speak stand in manager ) and she lied to me and told me they never had it in the first place in the display as she’d been working throughout that month despite me physically seeing it.Overall liars. Lazy. And unprofessional.
