I have been to Nandos Woolwich at different times and had no complaints. Food has always been good, with good ambience. Save for the one time that I was served stale peas.That was the only stale item in our order as a group of friends, but it managed to ruin my appetite.

Popped into nandos at around 12:15 for a team lunch. The food was great and the service was amazing! I wish I caught the waiters name, he honestly provided a great service to table 16. Thank you for going that extra mile and making our dining in experience great it is much appreciated. We'll be back soon.

Awful service because my family showed up 11:30am during the weekend and that’s when we were informed they decided to open at after 12 midday instead.We waited outside, even though a table inside could’ve been offered for us while we wait.Only to be told shortage on ingredients/ menu options. Waste of time, I don’t recommend.
Took more than 10 working days to get my refund and I spent more than £150

Nandos did not disappoint. I had heard about it for years and finally got to eat there. The chicken is amazing. The sauces.. oh the sauces are a must try. Definitely want to go back there.

The team was very attentive to the allergies of our party. Lots of the bottles of sauce were clogged up. Food was tasty. Blue Light discount not accepted but NHS smartcards are.

Horrible and rude, went here today and was “greeted” by a very rude security guard (in a restaurant?!) who just said “There’s no tables!” In a rude and abrupt manner. Not really the way to speak to a customer is it? Bad customer service.Left and went to the 02 Nando’s which although was even busier the staff were lovely and we waited until a table was free they were welcoming and polite unlike the woolwich one that is unfriendly unwelcoming and clearly didn’t want us there.
