Servers were more than polite and friendly.. got my food fast but DAMN!!!That has got to be the worst, cheeseburger I've ever eaten.... it tasted like an asda own basic patty.... cooked in too much grease with no seasoning... the cheese wasn't left to melt and all of the lettuce fell out of the bottom alongside half the burgers mass in grease... shame but wow that was bad.

Memories of the 1970s make this an ideal nostalgia venue. Standard Wimpy menu. Much cheaper than the coffee shops on the waterfront. No pretention, good honest food. Cooked to order on site. Very clean. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great coffee. Family franchise who take a pride in their establishment. Takeaway available.

burger fell apart, bland, raw onions terrible tomato and salad. Fry cook kept wiping his sweat without washing his hands after. for how expensive it is i cant see why you just wouldnt go to mcdonalds as paying over 10 pounds for a poor burger and fries isnt right, Cook also forgot the fries for customer before me. Atmosphere was weird and felt strange mostly empty store with the employee cleaning just staring at me. Lady at the till seemed fine.

Took my daughter and her friends (and their parents) here to celebrate her birthday. It was very clean, and the food was excellent. Very good service by the team who are very friendly and helpful. Some of the party had very particular requirements for their food, and the staff were very flexible about adapting the meals without a fuss. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there.

The best place to eat in Woolwich, the staff are the sweetest people, very friendly but not overly. We have been here multiple times and come back around once a week the staff remember our order. The atmosphere is just lovely and I’d recommend it to anyone (they have a big menu variety and prices are very good for what you get especially compare to other wimpy locations)

I recommend the chicken. It tastes like KFC. It was the only thing I liked... As for the observations, I can say that they put too many chips and they placed them a little messy inside the bag, so when I opened the delivery they were all out of the bag that I had to put them in in different dishes... The burger is not what I expected, the taste is not as delicious as I thought. I really give you 3 stars, I recommend you improve the presentation inside the bag and be a little more organized... As for the delivery, the person who dispatched was fast and friendly... Good luck and thank you very much!!!

Poor disappointing customer service at Woolwich. We were in the restaurant for 10 minutes, figuring out what to order. Within that time, staff came up four times asking if we were ready to order we said not yet. Then SHARON, a server \ Chef, walked past and loudly said In front of other customers, " you can't sit here. You have to order food"—the terrible assumption. We weren't ready to order food, and to be spoken to in such a manner was embarrassing. Sharon is clearly having a bad day and taking it out on the customer. As a result, we decided to leave. Very disappointed with the rude staff. We will never visit again.

I don't normally leave reviews for chains but this particular branch deserved it. I do always like the food from wimpy anyway, but the service and atmosphere in this woolwich shop made it exceptional. It has that welcoming feel like when you walk in your local cafe or kebab shop, where you walk in and the guys behind the counter know you by name, everyone working there feels like a big family, they all say hi and ask how you're doing, that sort of feel. It was my first time ordering in store rather than online and it just felt so personable i left with such a smile! Not just for me, but the orders that came in as i waited for food. Its a bit pricier than a BK or Maccies, but for the interactions I had and saw in this store in particular I'd choose it over the others when I'm after a decent fast food burger and fries any day.On top of that, a great range of various different vegetarian / vegan options. The sides are more interesting than your usual fast food (cheesey onion rings are what I'd recommend trying)Worth the extra price for me if you want to treat yourself to some decent fast food with excellent serviceVegetarian options: Really nice vegan "beef" burger! Online sometimes also has quorn chicken burgers and nuggets, but they weren't on menu at this time so I guess it varies!
