Well wat can I say ..jerk chicken that tasted like bland dry roast chicken no heat or jerk taste at all...and as for the pea soup not one whole kidney bean NO meat everywhere I usually get has meat 2 dumplings well I think they were dumplings my little finger is bigger and to top it all wat was in the soup was swimming around in purple water so you can see wat I think of baxfood ...I would rather mc Donald's

food was really good ordered the brown stew chicken with veg and rice and peas. only thing i can say was the bones were breaking really small and brittle and it was quite fatty but the mac and cheese was amazing and the plantain was so good

Dry mutton sandwich. Tasted great but dry like a bicycle saddle with not a single vegetable in sight. Pretty poor really. Potential in the flavour but certainly no cigar. Should have taken it back.

This is quite possibly the best takeaway me and my partner have ever had. Everything tastes great and homemade. Not greasy in the slightest. We love this place and order far too much; but it is fine: you never feel horrid after eating from here.

Thank you! **I ordered the oxtail with white rice, dumplings, coleslaw and prawn fritters and let me tell you… the delivery was quick! I am SOOOOO happy to have found this lovely Caribbean restaurant! The food was so good we had to call them right away to thank them and let them know it was much appreciated! The rice was cooked to perfection, the oxtail was tender and bursting with flavour and don’t even get me started on the fresh and fluffy dumplings! The lady who picked up the phone was so lovely, professional and polite! Such a win for us! Will most definitely be supporting this business once again! Now mi belly FULLA goodness!! Thank you kudos to the chef!!

I never write reviews but this is a joke. I order as a main, barbecue chicken and another mutton. The mutton and rice was DRY and the barbecue chicken badd, I could Smell and Taste the cheap barbecue sauce from the corner shop. The taste is horrible is like eating rice and Ketchup ! It doesn’t even taste like barbecue. Oh and is also dry . Sorry but common !

AVOID! I don’t write reviews but honestly this was the worst possible ‘Caribbean’ food I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. I’m almost certain that the chef is not not even 1% Caribbean with the monstrosity they cooked. Do not waste your money I would have been better off ordering frozen chicken and chips from the corner shop. I’m in utter shock and disbelief that they haven’t closed down by now. There was no flavour just powdered seasoning oil and water. The only thing I enjoyed was the can of Diet Coke. Hire a new chef or close down please because this is ridiculous.

STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely diabolical! Not authentic Caribbean at all! I ordered seabass, rice and peas. It had no flavour whatsoever and in a small container for £13!!!! A small pot if okra and pak choi thr whole thing cost £24!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I FEEL DISAPPOINTED AND RIPPED OFF!!

You call this Caribbean food? I'm offended. And I'm not even Caribbean. Rice&peas = plain white rice. Oxtail - no gravy, but that's not even the main issue, it's literally TASTELESS. The only thing that tasted the way it's meant to was the 4.5 pieces of plantain lmao it was disgusting and I ended up putting it into the bin. Basically paid £30 for plantain. FmlP.s. how did you manage to make brocoli taste like fish?
