I Have been a loyal customer for nearly 15yrs. Tonight I had just about enough I paid £26 for me and Granddaughter to have a treat. Very late arriving, and our food was extremely cold. I called up to explain how I felt, and the Sunday night manager on the 20th November told me that all I have to do is put my food in the oven, and heat it up. Sorry but this is unacceptable Customer Service behav iour. He also told me not to call his shop again. Believe me I and my family will NOT be ringing YOUR shop again. All I can say is if he can be rude to all his customers like he was to me, they must be doing extremely well.Oh, and by the way do not ever call me Darling again cause I am NOT your DARLING !!!!!!! sort yourself out !!!! and your BUSINESS!!!!!

We used to love this place. But after what happened today I'd love to give negative stars. Their website added random things to a very simple order and they claim they made no mistake. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the way I was treated on the phone was shocking. They asked me why I was shouting at them? Because you were misogynistic, calling me darling and you refused to listen to the problem at hand. Will never use you again!
