If there was an option for zero stars I would put it. Absolute thieves!!! Filled up £20 petrol and they charged be £103.01. The date I filled up was the 2nd of November at approximately 3:30pm. I realised on Wednesday evening that I was charged incorrectly. I returned there at 11:10pm on Wednesday night bare in mind that I took me 1 hour 40 mins to get there and was told I have to come back tomorrow morning to speak to the boss. Before I travelled up there I called the contact number numerous of times but there was no answer. So drove all the way back and came back the next day morning. The guy was trying to say at first I had given an incorrect pump number. I showed him my car when I filled up and he replied saying the red car Yh. There was no other red cars there at the time. After going back and forth he then said ok he will refund me the money after deducting the £20 I filled up. It’s now been 3 working days but nothings arrived.

Went to the station to buy some milk at 23.50 25/5/22. Was given the 5 finger hand signal indicating 5mins. Thought that would mean give me two secsLiterally stood at the window with the cashier ignoring me and messing around with his till for 7mins. Does Shell think it’s ok for customers to stand outside at the till window while staff are cashing up at night and customers waiting outside? Never seen this at any other petrol station or retail establishmentLeft without the milk in the end.Disgusting customer service

Was ripped off. They are incorrectly pricing items on purpose. I picked up some items clearly labelled reduced. When I went to the till it was full price. I noticed and questioned them but they insisted I was incorrect even after i showed them the labelling.
