So I came in here to order a sub today the lady mis heard my order and placed beef on the bread so I had to correct her and after this she then scraped the beef of the bread and put that back in a tub, with it all over her gloves too and started placing my toppings on the same beef covered bread and I had to ask her to do me fresh bread as I cannot eat beef and then to follow she never changed her gloves so my subway was still contaminated. . This is a health and safety risk and I am absolutely appalled by this . Won’t be returning!

Was in this subway yesterday, and it's the worst branch I've been to, they're reluctant to give you the vegetables you paid for and they'll keep on pushing you to buy foot long even if you only want half, dreadful

They are nice here but MAN are they stingy on the veggies! They barely put any pickles on for example after saying ‘can I have a lot of pickles please’, then when asking for more put maybe 2 more on. Same with lettuce, dressing, etc. I only get lettuce, pickles, & onion so I’m essentially paying like £8 for a foot long piece of bread with some turkey and pickings. This is the location that’s most convenient for me and I typically Love Subway, but I’ve decided to stop coming to this one.

Beware, the filling is very poor, just a tiny layer of chicken and salad too little for £8, I asked to add some beacon, they added a dry piece of beacon about 5cm long and then the bill came £10 for a footlong without meal, the lady said it is £2 for extra topping. I argued that 1) the amount of beacon was ridiculous 2) she did not mention of £2 extra. Poor service and rude attitude

I was charged nearly £8 for a breakfast! Worst manager! who presumably has the franchise with her partner! Who loves to rob their customers! One of the worst customer service! When asked for a salad she charged £2 extra on a breakfast! But the same item in the Caterham Branch with 2 extra hash browns and salad is £5.20. AVOID THIS BRANCH, ESPECIALLY THIS MANAGEMENT AT ALL COST!

I go to any other subway its a big samdwich. Sorry to say, owner is a nice guy but they literally put no filling in. Very poor.

Want in today at 10:23 wasn't acknowledged by the man in glasses was very rude and didn't explain the offers properly and even after telling him I would pay extra for the filling he didn't do it properly and when I asked for the sandwich to be packed separately he didn't want to.Never going back to this subway, total lack of respect for customers and zero customer service.The man needs retraining in basic customers service.

This is my favourite subway. The lady there remembers my order everytime! (I do go a lot though) So friendly and always the tastiest sandwiches
