Love that it’s back open 24hrs again. Everything I needed was there. Had a very nice chat with a member of staff in the chilled food section. I now know her name is Tracy. Above and beyond. ❤️

This Asda has a good variety and parking is always easy, but honestly every second time I come here I have to double check every item on my receipt. The amount of times I was charged a different amount for something that’s marked as on special on the shelf I pay full price. The staff at the information desk is never polite but always rude and treat you like an inconvenience. Asda really need to pay more to their staff as it’s clear they are all miserable.

Order was cancelled a few hours before I was to collect. So I re-ordered for a few days later. My order was cancelled again a few hours before my collection time. No real reason given. And because Asda kept canceling, I missed out on a sale on the same item at other stores. It feels a bit like a bait-and-switch.

After my last couple of visits and finding a lot of the isles have been changed around.. which i understand that you do this because you expect customers to spend more... but A.. not sure if you realise we are in a cost of living crisis and people cant afford to spend more.. B.. what idiot decided that it would be a good idea to put the childrens sweets oposite the alcohol in the same isle

honestly never usually leave reviews but this has happened a few times now in this store where the ‘fresh’ produce has literally been disgusting, rotting/going off etc. I’m all for leaving things on shelves past the best by and avoiding unnecessary waste but the quality is really not great

Shelves bare (not much fresh produce) and no collegues from the home department avaliable to help so no one else in the team able to get an item from the warehouse.Not one star though because the cashier was lovely and helpful.

They didn’t notify the revised opening hours for ongoing work (07/11/23) I drove to the store early this morning to find it is closed between 22.00 and 06.00. A wasted journey and a waste of time. Very poor of the management team and could have been remedied with a simple update on this site. Disappointed to say the least.
Josh, with short blonde hair, made my day by foraging for the last box of the New York Bagels! A message to management - please stop bringing in an absurd number of "cookie and cream" bagels, they are clearly unpopular!!

Check the use by dates very carefully. Drove all the way home to find tonight's steak dinner is 6 days past it's date. Only realised when I opened pack and smelt it. This should not happen in 2023?

Not 24 Hours! No update to the Asda website of the temporary hours. (10th of October) and not a single employee of the store has suggested an update to the hours on Google.

Staff uses bike area as a smokers social club. Right next to the smoking prohibited sign. When I told them they bacame offensive. When I returned to my bike I found it in different position. Totally unacceptable. They should not smoke there. They should not be blocking the bike lock area. And most of all how they dare touch customer property!? Shame on management let this happen.
