Nice coat coffee shop although at the back , the space is a bit dark.

My local go to coffee shop, small yet cosy and not too bright and in your face vibe. Offers a good range of seating areas with different styles of furniture meeting most comfort needs. Sliding windows open during hot days making it a holiday feel

The best Caffe Nero in London! Relaxed atmosphere, very nice interiors, super friendly baristas, yet very professional. Love it!

Relaxed, quiet, peaceful... ...........not bad coffee either, and the meatball and mozzarella toastee was tasty too! Also clean and mess free...

I used to love Caffe Nero, but the quality of the coffee seems to have gone down. Either that or they are not cleaning the machines properly. :(

Absolutely shocking!! I ordered chai latte with non dairy milk and both employees female and male didn't know what non dairy milk is!! They had strong Italian accent, I couldn't believe when they pointed on a big plastic jar of dairy milk asking me if I wanted it in my drink. With massive growth of veganism, Costa in Putney doesn't not have any Vegan meal choices...I would give zero star for their services. Last time I will be visiting.👎
My favourite UK coffee shop. Tasty coffee, served by friendly baristas, in a comfortable and cosy environment.

It was your average coffee chain. So average rateing

Good service and good for study but gloomy and depressing decor. No sign on stairs to indicate if the basement can be used by the public

One of the coziest place in London to have a coffee and one of my favourites place ever. Comfy seats, books and chargers!! You can charge your phone even If you don’t have your charger with you. (At this moment some of them are broken but hopefully the will fix them soon).
Nice place...but rude customer service.
Great drinks. Toilets could be kept cleaner
Nice places and views so then l like it
