Hate this coffee. I only go for Belgium chocolate cooler. Worst coffee ever but love the cooler

I will never go back to this place. The girl (Miss Bruna, if the clerk was correct, 23 January 2021 at 4 o'clock) tried to overpriced my coffee despite having it for free.\\nTo get a free coffee with Costa you have to take at least 6 or 7 before and I consider myself a regular customer. I had a free coffee, 265 points to be exact, which is about £2.60. I ordered a flat white (£ 2.60 take away) with sugar free (£ 0.50). At first, she wanted to change my order recommending to remove the syrup so I could have my free coffee. I was shocked and I said I would just pay the difference. Afterward, she told me the total was £2.90 because she discounted the syrup. Then, more and more shocked, I asked for the coffee to be discounted since it is written like this on the points application and what She told me? She told me that the flat white costs £ 2.90 (lie, because it costs £ 2.60 take away) and couldn't be fully discounted. A very long queue back to me, I honestly started feeling really embarrassed but it was my right to have that free coffee. In the end, her colleague advises her to remove the coffee from the price \\\"because otherwise we would not stop discussing\\\".\\nVery disappointed. See you never more and with a lot of bad advertising!

Lovely place. Clean and tidy. Great customer service. Lovely, friendly and polite staff. High quality food and drinks delivered. I have never been let down yet. Account for all needs especially allergies and lactose intolerance. Good variety of sizes and flavours of drinks. A little pricey but worth it in quality. You get what you pay for !

This place has many seats and located in the mid of Putney Exchange. Light is coming from the ceiling (not Costa's ceilings) and it is convenient.
Costa coffee has gone down hill, the service in this Café I went to wasn't great everyone seems doll and bored, they couldn't be bothered at all. The layout of the place had a cold feel to it not very relaxing. The latte and hot chocolate didn't have any flavour tasted cheap. The muffin I had was nice though.

Decent place to sit down and enjoy a coffee before going in to a shopping spree. The space is fairly clean and the coffee is just like any other standard chain coffee, nothing to write home about but definitely not a bad cup.
A convenient place to spend a spare half hour.
