Staff member doing the table service was clearly doing so against his will. Kept mumbling and when we asked him for ketchup he just looked around mumbled something and walked away. He never returned with the ketchup. Also they let us order milkshakes then after paid said the machine was broken and what drink do you want instead. No refund offered despite the milkshakes being a premium.

One of the dirtiest places I have ever visited in my life, no parking sense, food waste everywhere, flying paper bags, cold burgers, uncleaned tables etc.. Only a handful of staff members are polite!Parking: People parking without any skills!

I want to dedicate this review to Renee - she was the most charismatic, bubbly and responsive person working whilst we were waiting for our food. She out shined every member of staff in store on the day that we visited. Thank you, Renee, for making my experience so enjoyable.

It's McDonald's so you know it will be cheap and in a room filled with unhappy customers with kids, or uber eats drivers.Is it just me though, or did they remove the till order system and replaced it with app order or screen order to provide more staff in the restaurant to prepare the food so waiting times were faster?But now they are soooooo slow. On average ten mins for 'fast food', probably completely due to uber eats drivers collecting 100s of bags a time. I mean most of mcd's fresh food is already cold even when cooked in front of you so who would order it for delivery. Must taste like utter cold cardboard on arrival lolFocus on speeding up the service, and stop making mcflurries ten mins before the burgers so they don't come as melted milk and I'd score higherWheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance from street with disabled toilet downstairs

The children I look after get a treat at McDonald's now & again. I like it when the food is hot & fresh..which it was. Very helpful staff...the only thing I would wish for is that they would take away the children's computers not good whilst they are eating!

Me and my friends eat at mcdonalds a lot in putney last 5 visits the food most of the time stone cold today we had one bite out ov the burger both stone cold so I took it back to counter they say soon and replaced it but that was cold to we paid 12. 20 for two meals just to go in bin I will never eat in your restaurant ever again I would not recommend the food in this store.

I'm really impressed with the friendliness of the staff at the McDonald's on Putney High Street. Every visit is met with a warm welcome and efficient service. It's a refreshing experience to be served by such a cheerful and helpful team. Kudos to them for making each visit enjoyable!

I would normally never review a McDonald’s because it’s usually all the same boring dry, same old same old!! but I feel I have to tell ppl & give five stars to this 1. As we entered, we were greeted by Desmond, who proceeded to show us available seats. When using the self-service screen it was not responsive, before we even said anything Desmond was there immediately to help, he even bought the food over to us and asked if we required any condiments. it started to feel like a 5 star restaurant, even the burger tasted better ?. The restaurant was very clean, even the toilets were spotless. We Sat there eating & watching Desmond, who was wiping the tables, cleaning the floors, taking customers orders over to tables & giving every customer the same outstanding treatment. I’m not really sure what job title he has but Desmond should be training all McDonald’s staff customer service skills.

I visit the McDonald's on Putney High St on a regular basis-this site is a very busy place+I imagine they have a high customer footfall on a weekly basis!?--if you time it right you can generally always get a seat as there is an additional seating area upstairs-the team working here are very efficient+you can see that the Management team have everything under control which is reassuring!-what I like about McDonald's is that there is always new additions to the menu so there is always something new to try!-i also appreciate it when the staff call out your number for your food order+that is then followed by a"please!"-i completely get that McDonald's is fast-,paced but that small politeness goes a long way+this particular branch are very good at this?-i have to give a special mention to your Customer Host Joseph-he mostly works in the evenings+he is always a welcoming presence on the floor-he is always available for the time that McDonald's offer their table service+then present on the floor after that time-i appreciate his genuine+kind customer service so thankyou to Joseph+to the team@Mcdonalds Putney!⭐???⭐

The severely understaffed team were doing the best they could on the morning of Thursday 29th June. Clearly mismanaged.The receipt printer on the ordering machine was broken.

Got to speak to the manager himself whilst eating and he was very friendly and discussed about the competition on the highstreet - the quality is in line with other McDonalds and if you order slighlty before online, you will get it served almost immediately however the ice cream machine is broken half the time so I cannot award 5 stars.

The machine did not print out the receipt with the order number. Apparently, it has run out of print paper. I did not manage to see the order number on the screen before it disappeared. I spoke to a staff member behind the service counter, who asked me to repeat my order so she could check. It was a frustrating experience.

Kaveen is very helpful and great. He is kind and the food was so quick because he make sure that it will be delivered to the right customer.
