Just came out and had to give a 5 star review, such lovely people working and always checking to see if we're OK. Amazing food too and a fab price. Would definitely recommend. They were so lovely as we were full they gave us a takeaway box and bag for the dessert. Definitely coming back when I'm next in the area!

We’ve just had a lovely meal here today . Great value for money , the Gammon skillet was excellent could not fault it . Lovely welcome, and cosy inside , we would definitely visit here again soon .

Great pub, had dinner here with my mother, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was very friendly. Stayed for drinks and the bar service was excellent, particularly from Tori who was excellent, professional and great fun. Will be going back

Popped in the Albion as we was passing on a rainy night and fancied a drink. I have to admit the place was great. The staff were all very welcoming and met our every need , all the staff are fab and Tori had a great energy. I would go back and spend a bit more time there next time and would recommend it as a decent place with good energy from all the staff

This is now our favourite place to have lunch when we leave work early on a Friday. The menu is very good and filling. A good selection of premium beers.

Good food, poor service. Pub was near empty and waited over 50 mins for food.the pastry on the pie was too hard and not enjoyable.
The staff are nice the drinks are fine but the food wasn't, i won't go into detail but i haven't been well today after going there

Always a nice place to eat at and have a pint or drink...it's becoming a little run down now also not as clean as it used to be but standard are still good...a cheap place to eat and drink so can't complain

There were 2 ladies , young , early twenties both with dark hair and how very lovely they were . I was meeting my friend for lunch today and the minute I walked through the door they were both , smiling, freindly and very welcoming. Shame they don't wear name badges as I can't give them credit they deserve. There were a couple of dishes nit available from the menu but it wasn't a problem. I had the sausage, chips and gravy off the senior menu and my friend had lasagne. Both were delicious and hot. The food was great. We haven't been there for ages and they've removed the mushrooms from the seniors menu and the steak pudding but that isn't the pubs fault I guess . The sausages were meaty and nice, the chips were hot and fresh .same with my friends meal. She enjoyed her lasagne and garlic bread. The ladies looked busy , cleaning tables and being busy and not standing around looking bored We will definitely be back again . Nothing seemed too much effort. Well done to the staff including the cook
