My mate is not impressed with the fact that they advertise chinese chips at £3.30 and they charged £4 without any notice. He will not be going back and they were not bothered.

No stars - absolutely terrible Just picked up pie & chips and this is what I’ve opened - overcooked & burnt - have always got our fish & chips from here but this is the last time 2 pies & chips £9.20 - this is disgraceful

I live in Rainham, but have always gone to Upminster for a Chinese takeaway.I thought that I would give them a try, the price was around £1 /£1.50 more on each dish, but the size of the tubs the food came in was just over half the size that I get from Upminster. £27.50 for 4 dishes that I got for 2 people, would not feed 1 person, never going to make an order from there again

Ok so let me start by saying I have used this shop for over 20 years and today I said NEVER again!!!! EVERY TIME our order is either missing items or the order is wrong !!!! So tonight I Ordered haddock and chips, chips were uncooked and smelled like bad oil, and the fish batter was uncooked to the point I was gagging when I was eating it as the batter was not cooked. I sent it back and was delivered another piece of fish and you guessed it !!! That wasn’t cooked either!!! The snip of a boy tried to tell me he had cooked it for 15 minutes which he CLEARLY did not if the temperature and batter was correctly applied to cook it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! That being said I did get my money back and if I had the option I would give no stars but I couldn’t leave a review unless I gave at least one !!!!!

If this restaurant does open on Sundays then it needs to get more staff in to answer the phones.Tried ringing from 17.00 to 18.15 no answer, lost my order won't be bothering with them ever again!!!!

What is happening with new cherries it's soo bland now I've been ordering this for over 15 years the curry sauce was to die for its soo bland the chips are barely cooked and I haven't even tried my noodles yet but I love the curry sauce on everything so I don't think it will be great so disappointed ?

Best Fish and Chips I've ever had!!! The chips are perfect soft on outside and just the right amount of crisp on the outside , Fish is also amazing as well as the curry suace and staff are very polite
