The food tastes great, apart from the garlic bread usually being hard. Food is always hot, delivery time is sometimes fast but most of the time it takes 30 - 40 minutes to arrive. The prices seem too high though.At the moment, I'm not happy that the 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' deal is collection only.. and currently, there's no good deals for a '2 large pizza meal, 1 side and a drink', it's coming to over £30.. when it's usually like 26 or something

Tried to order over the phone and the lady who took the call is extremely rude. My wife was getting her card details and she told her to hurry up and she says order online. I phoned to order over the phone for a reason. She is so extremely cheeky I will not be ordering again from there and will be speaking to the manager in due course because this cannot go on.

Tried the new big newyorker on arrival it was cold and the little cheese on it was solid, description stated sourdough base but was made with the five pound pizza base. Tried to talk to the store directly promised a call back and nothing. Will not order again
Took well over an hour to come when it did finally come it came stone cold! Tried to call up but they wouldn’t pick up on a Monday at 4pm not exactly prime time!!

Very misleading online, any pizza any size £8.99 but then continues to charge you more money on top with every choice you select. Absolute con and false advertising!
