Initially the service was slow in greeting and showing us to our table, but from that point forward they excelled. We were really impressed with the food quality, presentation, and overall price. We'll done guys!

Would love to have given more than a 3☆ as the venue is lovely.There is a lot of space, large parking area, garden, bar area where there is a log fire and sofas for colder days and a large food seating area and the staff are all friendly and really nice.That is great if only going for a drink but the thing that let's it down is the food.I am unsure if the food is made fresh on the premise as it's dry and feels pre-cooked/packaged.If I am wrong I will update my review but since my last eating experience, we all said we weren't eager to eat there again.

I came down from London so was starving when I arrived. I was greeted by Yowana, who was friendly and efficient even as she was rushed off her feet taking orders. The day after Toni helped me as I had forgotten to pay the day before, which she had no problem with. She was quick, informative, and very friendly! The staff here are so friendly, I'd revisit just for that! Breakfast was hot and filling, with plenty of options, and you didn't feel rushed to hurry and leave.

Went with my other half for a nice pub lunch. I ordered a burger and sweet potato chips while she had a salad. Both were very tasty. We followed up with some dessert which was equally good. Service was very quick and the waitress was very friendly.

We have literally just come back from our meal at willow farm and the waitress (Chelsea) who served us was absolutely brilliant! She was patient, she came over and apologised that our food was taking slightly longer, she also remembered what everyone was eating without asking who is this meal for. I would definitely go back as food was lovely and all staff seemed really nice and helpful. Thank you for a great service

Staff were stressed and rude. Food arrived promptly but was crap. Bread was stale, barely any fish in the ‘fish goujon sandwich’. Chips were nice but cold.

Visited today and could not believe the change. Not sure if it’s because they thought that they wouldn’t get much custom because of the Jubilee but it was very disappointing. The chap that took us to our table was lovely and very bubbly but that was the only positive. Dirty cutlery, flies buzzing around plus previous customers rubbish and food under the table. We waited 30 mins to be asked what we wanted to drink so had to ask to order food at the same time. Food was nice enough but not up to the usual standard. Not sure if they were short staffed but service was very poor. Will give it another go as we have not had issues in the past and hopefully won’t in the future.

What a lovely pub! The staff were great too, friendly and happy. The food was delicious, well cooked and they were happy to accommodate for any extras we requested. The only thing that let them down was the speed in which drinks were bought to the table, we seemed to wait a long time for a drink. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and would definitely eat there again.

We have just had the most amazing roast today. Well done to the chefs. My daughter even had it she said the gammon was very nice. She loved the Yorkshire puddings she had 2. Our waitress Naomi was very nice she got my daughter a little jug so she could put her own gravy on. Thank you Naomi

We have been to Willow farm a few times now as small and large groups and have never had a problem. Todays visit was just a small group but Charmaine (or maybe sharmaine) looked after us very well. She was very attentive to my daughters and made sure she had understood the orders before leaving us. Food was great as always and served pretty quickly considering how busy the place was. I would definitely recommend.

The two ladies who were serving this morning whilst we had breakfast have been fantastic and so friendly and welcoming. The lady who was really helpful to us because we can’t make breakfast tomorrow morning due to having to leave early was really helpful. 5 star to both ladies.
