one of the petrol pumps was leaking and petrol was spilling through pipes when you start filling. . When I complained to the till the guy didn’t respond in regard. he just ignore whatever I said and also when I requested for the receipt he just chuck it to me. From now, BP Kingston Road will be my last choice.

This BP might have M&S (which saves it ) but wild bean coffee is so poor. The coffee here really bitter. Obvious the machines not cleaned properly. The pastries too are pre baked and often not fresh at all.The most annoying thing is I stop here 3 times a week really early morning. Every time one of the staffs car is parked in the disabled bay I so need. Every time. Why ? No blue badge either to show.Sort yourself out guys. You have so much potential

I've been using this BP for many years, sometimes it can be very busy, I've always found the staff helpful and friendly.Yes it's freezing cold inside, if I get asked for a loyalty one more time I'll explode ? ...

Why are the staff so rude and insulting to delivery drivers? Who is teaching them to behave this way? Disgusting.

Poor and slow service. The staff cause queues in store, 3 staff on the floor and 1 behind till when there's 5 people waiting. When bell is pressed for help by staff member the others seem reluctant

The staff here are just dreadful. Rude, off-hand, dismissive, no customer service at all.

Some of the staff are impossible - they seem to nurture a toxic attitude.

Konrad

No complaints about the service station or staff but it was absolutely freezing in there. The whole shop (M&S) is like a giant fridge. The energy consumption must be horrendous. Would be a good idea to be a bit more environmentally friendly (even in a petrol station) and put doors on the fridges and cut the amount of electricity used for chilling the food. We should all do our bit and this seems such an obvious thing to me. Hot day outside and all staff in fleece jackets!

Appalling service from this station, firstly the employee violently waved me over to the till in some sort of frustrated state, then he acted annoyed when I told him that he did not put my meal deal through at the correct price. To top it all off, he was having a discussion in his own language with another employee while serving me - I can only assume about me. Luckily my local BP in Canary Wharf is far far better. Avoid unless essential.

Always a long queue, not enough staff or not enough experienced staff. Avoid! Go to the co op next door where they know what to do.
