DIRTY DISGUSTING I was a regular here but the staff have become increasingly rude and belligerent the staff turnover is high which says a lot the toilets are filthy I now go to Costa coffee 213 Worpole Road.AVOID
Excellent service, and especially customer service from Supervisor Sara..She deals with everyone so politely and makes the best Flat White art for me.

Rude staff always get drinks wrong toilets are disgusting my friend drink was incorrect she went to ask for it to be corrected staff were complaining about her when I told her the staff started shouting at me !High staff turnover they are poorly paid and trained and have little job prospects so one must try and for sympathy the disadvantaged working there.
