This was my regular weekly shisha spot, but tbh I’m a bit disappointed that they haven’t followed other lounges and stopped the selling of Coca Cola products etc. Great shisha and atmosphere, but when there’s other lounges that have taken a stance, I can’t be coming here. Hopefully you guys have a change of heart and support the cause so I can come back.

Good shisha and customer service. However, let down by their policy of no tap water and have to buy bottled water despite spending over £70. Mentioned to waiter that this simply puts people off. On principle won't be returning until this changes.Atmosphere was reasonable, fairly quiet for Sat night but it was an MMA fight night so livened up quite a bit. Good nature crowd.

What an amazing lounge, the music was great yesterday such classic Hip Hop and R&B, and the vibe was nice. Service was brilliant and the shisha was out of this world. Thank you I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

We came to this place for a birthday gathering and what a good choice we made. The vibe of the place is out of this world, the music was great and the shisha was wonderful. Very good service from the guys and the food was amazing. We will be coming back and will try the African Queen flavour which was recommended. ??

one of the best shisha lounges i’ve been to & i’ve visited many. staff were lovely and accommodating, food was really good and i really loved the atmosphere/music.shisha was great too, service was very quick however i did come at a quiet time. left with a really good experience, would definitely recommend

Very nice place was recommended by a friend. Shisha was the best I had. Only downfall and can improve is the time of the food, I had to wait long but food was good. Overall very good service.

Wow! I haven’t been to a lounge where they play so many classic Hip-Hop music. I am a biggie fan and when I heard “unbelievable” it took me way back, such a classic. The shisha was great and the girl who was serving today been really kind. Definitely recommend!

I must say this is the best shisha lounge in Romford, I have been coming here for a few months now. Great food and the shisha is the best. They have so many choices of flavours and staff are great. I have been told that the guys that make the shihsa has years of experience and they know what they are doing. Thanks for the hospitality!

Came in last Thursday very late around 11:20 they informed me that they close at midnight. The guy who was making the shisha, his name is Abdul, asked me before I sat down what shisha i wanted so he can bring it out to us quick so we can make the most of it. I have to say as soon as we sat down the shisha was already out to us. Fantastic service and great experience will be coming back.
