“Came in for food and although I'm not a vegan I went with a recommendation and had the Vegan Double Mushroom Pizza, and was not disappointed. Can't wait to try some of the other new dishes on the menu.”

“Really really friendly pub with an excellent Landlady and team!
If you’re looking for a relaxed pub, that runs quizzes, has live music, good prices, AND a nice outside area - this is your place.
5 stars from me!
Kid-friendliness: Up until a certain time!”

“Nice atmosphere on a weekday. Bit of a wait for food but it was fine as we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. Frequented by friendly locals who like a bit of bant. Food was nice and portions generous.”

“Doesn't have its own car park and street parking difficult - no idea about public transport access. Large space inside with high and low seating to choose from and large staircase to toilets, though thankfully there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor which needs a radar key. Toilet was a bit shabby with a few wet patches on the floor but otherwise clean, spacious and had usual facilities. Drink prices about average.
Visited for Bank Holiday Monday karaoke with a great presenter, Penny. Only a small crowd there so not much atmosphere but it did mean we got to sing a lot!
Wheelchair accessibility: No parking outside so would have to park on the road behind or past the pub. Accessible main entrance and when we went there were bouncers outside who could open the door for you. Disabled toilet on ground floor with radar key behind the bar in case, like me, you can't find yours. There are some ordinary height tables and chairs, though getting between them in a wheelchair might be tricky as they are quite close together and the chairs are heavier armchair type so you might need help getting them out of the way. Plastic pint and half glasses (didn't use any other kind to comment) so lighter to hold.”
