After an absence of visiting this branch on the A12 for over a year due to what appeared to be a change in the rolls/baps they were using that were extremely dry, we visited again on our way to football and were pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, and very tasty. It’s now back on the list for an occasional fast food burger.

The staff were so lovely, so helpful. Had burger chips and coffee, £2.99 kids meal, enough for an oldie. Staff were cleaning and emptying bins all the time. Will definitely go back when I'm on this side of the A127. Thank you.

The Burger was great. I had a double cheese burger and it was indeed delicious. Over all, it was wonderful. Can't knock Burger King, they are the King of Burgers!
Such a disgrace. DO NOT order form here burger is dry chips had coke on them and burger had hairs. The coke I was given by the delivery driver dropped due the lid no being secure. The Oreo milkshake just had milk and one piece of Oreo unless you want to eat something nasty don’t come here go anywhere else but here.

It was late and I was lost. I’d just had to buy a computer at the last minute due to work and felt a bit stressed. I saw Burger King and had a lovely plant burger meal that made me feel much better. Yet what helped me so much was the kindness shown by the lovely staff- one member asked me if I’d like a bag for my computer and we got talking about headphones. When I was about to leave I asked for directions back to where I lived and the young person helped and even came out to show me exactly where to get the bus. The kindness that the young staff gave me meant a great deal. Thank you!
