Attitude of both the girls is weird. Come across racist. Coffe was okayish. Get rid of them or provide more training. Awkward vibe.

It's absolutely crazy that they don't have coffee prices on display.They have this new flashy screen that has moving images the whole time, that's very annoying and it just displays what I call dessert coffees. There's no prices for ordinary teas or coffees on this screen.Recently (when the flashy screen came about) they had a stand-up card on the counter showing the prices but when I went there this week it wasn't on display. I asked a member of staff and they said they don't have these prices displayed anymore, that customers use the App to find out the price. What utter nonsence this is. What has the world come to!It must be against trading standards to not have prices shown at a cafe. I need to contact their governing body.

Not friendly stuff, long waiting , always dirty tables, very cold, dirty toilets.Dont revomment unless you do not have a near place to have a morning coffee.

I went yesterday on 11/10 around 1pm and bought 1 drink and Costa flask and the staff was so rude and inpatient. The First Lady was fine putting my hot chocolate through but second lady putting flask through was rude.The lady at the till kept telling me to wait before I scan my reward card, why not speak clearly and loud the plastic in between is stopping the noise! I will not be returning. She had such a nasty attitude.

Staff rude and impatient, like they couldn't be bothered. Tables and toilet filthy... so much for additional cleaning measures due to COVID-19!My ham and cheese toastie had some type of orange "meat" in it, that did not look or taste like any ham I have ever had before... awful!Will not be returning there again. Will stick to the Costa on A12 next to PC World - friendly staff, great service, clean premises with good food.

Just ordere x2 flat whites, delivery came with a cup of quite literally hot milk, didnt even taste like a coffee.... also the ammount is not that of flat white and the cupbsize wasnt even right. Absolutely terrible...

Dont know what they are doing with the covid .. the staff should or do need training I am very concerned. FURTHERMORE if you want a quick coffee go to anywhere in Romford but this really slow costa. Staff prefer to talk amongst themselves even tho there was 2 people in the shop and 4 staff members.. dont waste your time for this branch!

If I had written this review a couple of years back it would have been a 5 star review.Unfortunately a new manager has taken over, and service has seriously diminished. The manager has no fear in being rude, and treating loyal customers as an inconvenience, and anything challenging or off menu is a major issue.The new staff and manager can not seem to cope with taking more than one/two drinks at a time, and the drinks are often not completely filled. I am often in there with my family and we order 5 drinks; we are normally welcomed with rolled eyes and the queue ends up backing up.The few original staff are still fantastic, but are obviously caught up with a manager whom doesn't care and is purely profit driven.Costa customer service as normal is always willing to listen, but this is not the first incident my family and I have had with the new manager.
