Well laid out. Comfortable seats and good service. The cafe was busy throughout the day, that must be a compliment of the service. Wifi kept cutting off however and nor was power supply constant. Still a decent place to visit for a cup of coffee.

I use to love Costa. Since the lockdown haven't been to Costa that much. Went today after few months. Place looks nice and clean and the food was nice but I noticed the drinks didn't have much flavour and tasted watery. Not sure if they reduce the quantity of the ingredients now but the drinks definitely didn't taste as nice as it use to. If the drinks start tasting like this, I will have no reason to go to Costa.

Service was good, coffee was good. Plenty of space to sit outside, lovely. That's what Costa coffee is all about.
Bit of a delay, could have done with an extra staff member, but still friendly and professional. And nice coffee!

Customer service was rubbish. My girlfriend and here friend was told they went able to pay or get their drinks unless they signed into the NHS track and trace app although they were doing take away to sit outside and we weren't actually dining in. When I went up to order I wasn't told anything like that so not sure if they just had a problem with my girlfriend and her friend. When I made my order I asked for a napkin and was asked why I wanted a napkin, like why does it matter? I had to tell them I needed to blow my nose before I could get a napkin.\\n\\nReally not happy with my experience here.
