Only my second visit. Their card reader wasn't working, so they were happy for me to pay on my next visit. It was a great service and a lovely take away. Many thanks, will pop in Friday lunchtime to pay. Martin

Must be new ownership!!! Used to spend 40/50 pounds a week , on evening dinners for myself and work colleague…. They are now rude on phone !! I ordered two salads with Just one small portion of doner meat .. they quoted 25 pounds!!!!total liberty!!! When I questioned price I was told!!! That’s the price !!! Take it or leave it !!!!

We ordered eat-in, and was served in a takeaway box, chicken doner came burnt with sauces splattered all over. When we complained about the doner being burnt, the man said it was supposed to be like that and did not offer to remake the food again or offer refund or apology. We were disgraced by his disgusting rude behaviour. And left all the food barely touched and walked out. The restaurant was empty as per usual. With that attitude towards customers , business succeeding is questionable and no wonder it is always empty and closed down few times in the past, thought they learnt their lesson this time, I guess not! We had to go to a different restaurant few doors down and it was way better in customer service, price, and food!

See pictures. Just ordered a chicken shish wrap - so pleased I unwrapped it when it didn’t taste right. This is completely unacceptable to serve people raw chicken.

Came to Mama’s Kebab shop after work as I finished late for food, I had a kebab and ate in, brilliant kebab!! And the owner was polite and energetic! Bryan Adams and Bon Jovi playing so if you like your rock music and superb food then get yourself to Mama’s!!
Waited 20 minutes for a walk-up, large doner no salad. After a plate tectonic shift it arrived and on opening outside the shop (my bus had long departed) the feat was cold! How? Had I slipped through a worm hole, had the space time continuem shifted as I passed the threshold? Who knows? I will never find out until alcohol deadens my risk aversion gene. Sea Bass is £12 though, who knew.

Just ordered food for collection, when I arrived it was all bagged up ready to go,I asked , is it all there, they said yes sir it’s all there ready for you. Gets home and there’s a dish missing, so rang them and they said , oh we have run out of that. Great cheers! Food is ok, I won’t ever use this place again, I advise you don’t either, plenty of other places to get food, where you won’t be lied too and ripped off.
