Greggs is the only place that will serve you completely freezing cold food ment to be warm but not say a thing till after they've taken your money.Probably scared to loose customers when all there hot pastys /food is freezing cold. One bite and binned

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of service this evening. I had a too good to go bag. Unfortunately when I arrived at the store the shutters were down. 3 members of staff were inside. This was 4.35pm. When collection was 4.30 til 5pm. I tried to interact several times, only to be ignored. At one point a woman came up to the shutters , laughed, ran back and hid. I'm so disappointed as I shop here all the time. I will not be purchasing from this branch any more. I'm so disappointed ab upset. It would have been nice for someone to say there was no stock. Or alternatively cancel the order. Rather than coming out in the rain when not needed. Also waited 15 minutes. Another woman showed up to collect a bag also. She was ignored too.

Cold bacon sandwich complained refunded as heated tray was broken. Went back week later still cold hard and dry bacon

I’m a regular customer during the week on work hours, before I start my day always get my breakfast staff are lovely and speedy … sadly the weekends don’t match up .. I felt bad for the boy who was serving alone with a que to the door. Surly they have more staff on a weekend. I usually only ever see one person serving and no one else in sight there was no food ready…Think I’ll stick to just going in during the week

Air conditioning on your back makes you bust for the loo . Of course theres not a toilet . Hot food is barely warm.Sanywhere..
