This business leaves a lot to be desired, the 3 older women there are without respect and totally racist, the first time they charge me twice and they don't even want to serve me and today I ask for a cappuccino and they give me a tea and they didn't want to change it without touch it and it seems disrespectful to me that they don't change it since I was left without the money and without the coffee and the only thing they do is laugh and I don't see it as funny at all, it's a shame that they treat people like that and on top of that they laugh in your face. The Greggs in Collier Row Romford is bloody useless! On three separate occasions we have ordered stuff to be delivered - and everytime we've had the order cancelled! Why accept orders if you're only going to cancel them?

I go there every weekend regularly. And they never have enough bakes. They always say to wait 10 mins. I wait. When they take the massive tray out, there is only 2 bake cooked. I don’t know what they’re doing there, but if you’re not baking, you’re not working. Plus, it’s just a waste when you turn the oven on just for two bakes. Someone needs to take a look at this because I cannot find anyone to complain.
