I recently had the pleasure of dining at Indian Ocean Restaurant, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The King Prawn Puree was a standout dish, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked prawns. The Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi was equally impressive, with tender chicken and a deliciously spicy sauce that had just the right amount of kick. The Dhall was rich and creamy, complementing the other dishes perfectly.Not only was the food of high quality, but the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it accessible to all. Additionally, the staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, enhancing the overall dining experience.I highly recommend Indian Ocean Restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine served with excellent service at a great value.

We ordered on a night where the restaurant was extremely busy and were lacking drivers.It took a long time for them to deliver the food but were very apologetic and explained the situation to us in full. When we called they gave us a timeframe of 20 minutes to deliver the food and they did so in that time.They forgot to deliver the naan breads when the food did show up but as soon as we rang them they had someone in the car delivering it to us.The food was superb, great flavours, good textures and great portion sizes overall.I’m not going to judge them on a very busy Saturday night when they’re understaffed for being late. I’m going to judge them on their great customer service, their apologetic & sincere demeanour and most of all their delicious food.

Good traditional Indian food , very prompt attentive service . Very comfortable and roomy surroundings . Big shout out to ‘JIMMY’ who was very helpful for our group of 7 which included a wheelchair .

Very slow with deliveries. Ordered two dishes at 6pm and it’s now 8pm. Was no apology or explanation given when I called to ask where it is. Just ridiculous. Food’s nice, so it’s a shame their deliveries are so poor.

I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for two dishes to be delivered. Absolute joke. Person who answered the phone didn’t listen to me when I called to ask where my food was. I won’t be ordering from here again. ??

Ordered take away, waited over two hours for delivery. It arrived cold. Tasted awful. Waste of money. The same thing happened a few weeks ago, gave them another chance but will not use this restaurant again.

The food was good but not the way I was expected . The sheek Kabab was bit high proportion of salt .Also Nan bread should be cut in the middle piece, the Tandoori mix-grill Chicken tikka and lamb tikka was not enough tender and soft .

Food ran out early on, even though the tables were not full. This restaurant should not have ventured into catering services if they are not up to standard. Waste of time and money.

I would actually give them zero rating, absolutely disgusting behaviour and service. Attended a wedding and we left with empty stomach, food was cold, dessert was present very messy. Quality of the food was absolutely rubbish. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional, customer service very very poorly.

As a catering service, it's very poor. Service/staff very unprofessional. Do not use this catering company, they do not honour the quantity or quality of food. Half way through they ran out of food.
