I was disappointed with this Macdonald … if u selling chicken mayo so u supposed to be have a mayo also . U can put in a small pot it’s not to hard . But no need a be rude with a child whe he try to ask nicely… Shame on your stuff

clearly overstaffed as everyone looked lost and yet it took 30+ minutes for two burgers, a fries and drink. we overheard staff talking about having misplaced part of the order during the wait and the staff clearly weren’t properly trained. several other people around us had similar problems with incorrect orders and overly long wait times

The cleaner here was being very disrespectful and rude, I came to the McDonalds after swimming and I went in without a shirt, the cleaner asked me to put my shirt on, which I did, but after that she was talking to a different customer saying “Yeah I told him” in a annoyed tone, plus when I got my food and my friend was waiting outside so our stuff doesn’t get stolen, the cleaner went to my friend and told her to leave the McDonalds because she had food from a different restaurant, but she was waiting for us to get food so she can go and get herself a drink or dessert too, she kept staring at us whilst eating and she kept on giving us death stares. Really disrespectful and we aren’t adults, so she can’t treat teenagers like that.

Rubbish, took money quickly but no delivery. 7 to 10 working days for a refund because they supposedly used Uber to not deliver it. Go to Burger King !
I didn’t receive one of my items I paid for when I returned to let them know the older managers gave extremely rude stares I almost felt like I done something wrong not only was I consistently getting rude looks they had me waiting over 15 mins i eventually gave up and left but I honestly feel robbed and disrespected I’m not sure if my race was a factor but it really felt like it was

Disappointing hot chocolate. My Christmas Hot chocolate given to me by the server Vs the one they advertise this is no where near what i received. Please if you advertise something please make it look similar to the actual product

Service poor no provision or consideration to customers with reduced mobility in taking their order to their seat. I waited 10 mins for order to be brought to my seating after reassurance from Cashier that it will be done. After a further enquiry as to what happened to my order, found out it was left sitting on serving counter even again reassured that it will be brought to seating area again 10-15 mins later order brought cold. No apology offered even though I was supposed to have spoken to a manager.

buns were very dry, no receipt given from machines, and both collection screens were not working, my order was sitting on the side for a while before I was called and then my takeaway was presented as an eat in and when the staff member realised she huffed and tutted even though it was clearly not my fault. although it was busy it is no excuse for the poor attitude of staff.
