took 15 minutes just for a banana milkshake and when i went to ask they forgot it was meant to be made and then my friend had 20 nuggets and they tasted horrible and were pinkish on the inside and were very clearly undercooked.

On 17/12/2023 I attended mc Donald’s and made an order. On my way home after leaving I noticed my order was missing items. I returned and explained to the shift manager Amadu the issue. He said it was my responsibility to check my order and if I returned then he would ban me from th store because I had also previously told him that another order the previous day was incorrect. He then walked off whilst I was talking to him. He walked to the back of the kitchen moaning about me to his staff. This is the standard Mc Donald’s expect from their managers. They threaten to ban people from their stores if you complain that food that you paid for is missing. This is disgusting. I will not return to this branch again!!

I order home delivery arrived with no chips and what should be a frozen drink upset and leaking all over the place this was 15/11 ..rang Uber I was told the order would be refunded. 24/11 no refund..phone Uber it can take up to 15 days to refund! Tried MacDonald what a rude man ...told me it was Uber who has to refund..it was his staff who forgot to include chips and packed the drink unsatisfactory so the lid come of during transport!

Seemed to get busy suddenly then quietened down again. Staff dealt fairly well with the orders to be fair.A few of Romford's finest teenagers contributed to the low atmosphere score....Parking: Found it best to park in the Brewery car park a few minutes walk away

I would give minus 5 if I could waited 1 hour 15 mins 3 different couriers until 4th finally delivered. Its was cold minus a hash Brown and got a cold plain coffee instead of cappuccino..I ordered through Macdonald's app too same as last time and that was worse half food was missing and cold and Macdonald's passed the buck to uber and they refused refund so last time paid 27 for a double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal and my 2 year old breakfastwas completelymissing.. I wont ever be using south street Macdonald's again and I recommend others to follow suit

Had a worst experience ever from a McDonald’s. I ordered 2 meals and 2 burger for my friends as well. I didn’t receive a receipt from the machine. But When I reached the counter to pick the order. The guy asked me to tell the order, and when I made a mistake. He asked me to remember the order to let me have it. I showed him the the payment transaction to finally collect it. He was so rude and treated me in a not so friendly manner. If you want to check the order please make sure you have a working machine. Asking the customer to remember it and recite is not a great customer service. The food was good even though the service was not.

I recently had breakfast at this restaurant.I utilised the self-service machine to place my order, and I found it to be very user-friendly. However, I did experience an issue with the receipt printer, as it was not functioning properly. I informed one of the staff members in the dining area about the problem, but she reassured me that I didn't need to worry and that all I needed was the order number. Although I already knew this, I still desired a receipt. Additionally, unlike other McDonald's restaurants I have visited, this particular machine did not offer the option of having the order delivered to the table, which was a bit frustrating since I was accompanied by my 3-year-old son.The quality of the food was not satisfactory. The egg in the double sausage and egg muffin appeared to have been kept in the heated cabinet for an extended period, as it lacked moisture and tenderness. Instead, it had a dry and slightly firm consistency. I was also disappointed to find that the pancake I ordered was only lukewarm, as the butter did not have an opportunity to properly melt.All in all, this visit was underwhelming, and I sincerely hope that the food quality can be enhanced in the future.

In recent weeks the standards here have dropped drastically, but today I decided this would be my last visit. The food is never more than warm, but my hot chocolate - which was only just over half a cup - tasted like dirty washing-up water. It's always crowded and noisy, and matters aren't helped by the hordes of delivery bikers hanging around and sitting on seats needed by customers. The women who work in the customer's area seem to be reluctant to actually do anything but chat to each other, let alone actually clean the tables : they are, however, very good at emptying the bins when customers are eating at the tables right next to them. But the biggest problem by far is that the place is infested by midges : it's impossible to eat a meal without them constantly flying in your face, and I killed five during the short time I was there. These last two points don't say a lot for the standards of hygiene here.

Why does it take so long to be served??? Staff chit-chatting their shift away, no concerns for customers. It's supposed to be fast food not grow old and gray while u wait!
