Having been a number of times I've calculated you have about a 50/50 chance of them messing up your order. Very young staff that struggle with workload.

This is the worst McDonald's the staff and management are rude and unhelpful only an hour wait for food for them to tell me its not there problem at all. Not happy about this, the McDonald's should be shut down or new management put in place. I would like to hear from Jerry as my kids had to go hungry all morning waiting for this food and they wasn't even going to make. Not fair to be taking people's money and not giving them what they have asked for not happy at all and expect a response

Disgusted .My lad has food allergy’s . I ordered food minus the sauce . I was in a rush so didn’t check burgers . Got home and they had sauce . Dinner had to go in the bin . No time to go back in.So often do they get this wrong no mater how clear I make it . Waste of money again.

Just ordered for delivery.. not hard the big&cheesy without lettuce and bacon and guess what the kids they have working there sent me with bacon… a bunch of clowns who dont know how to juggle…next time i will name and shame… go burger king

We used the drive though around 12:30 in the early morning. Staff was nice and helpful. Food served fresh and quickly.

Got Mcdelivery food was stone cold and all chucked in a bag ? ordered and paid for the large cheesy bites got the dips but no bites…. Will never order from here again ….. vile!!

Today I got delivered a order with an item missing and they say no one can do nothing about it (usually uber refund your missing items, well not this time) we call we ask and the answer is shocking, anyone can get free food except customers, customers get charged. Uber said: we hope you have a better experience next time. BUT THE ORDER WAS SEALED. So today £7.09 3399kj/813kcal is out somewhere lost in mc gallows corner’s kitchen. Next time I will just cook at home.

I had a terrible experience with one of your spicy chicken dishes. It was super dry and small, which makes me think it may have been sitting out for a while. Additionally, the portion of chips I received was less than what I expected for a large portion. I come to this restaurant often, but this time was disappointing. If this is the way you are cooking probably it's a waste of time to report it to the counter. Why I should come back?
I never normally write reviews but John (I think! A manager with glasses) is deserving of recognition. Super polite, I saw him helping various customers during our meal, and as we were leaving wished us well with a smile. Such a simple thing to provide good customer service but it really makes a difference. Hat off to the rest of the staff too, never had a bad experience here, always seem to be hard at work.

“Visited recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. The Coca-Cola tasted strange – not the usual McDonald’s goodness. Tasted like a 5-year-old was mixing drinks unattended at a family gathering, Also, got approached by a couple of crackheads asking for coins in the drive through, which was unexpected.made me almost spill my lemony coke.

Left out bits to my order. I should've checked, but didn't notice until I got home. I guess that will teach me. Still, I'd expect a simple order to be completed without any missing items.. was too far to go back and complain..
