I put 5 stars because people should read my review. Do not order from this restaurant. They are careless, they are slow and they provide awful service. It took me 2 hrs to receive my order and it comes cold. The fries looked as though they dipped in the fryer but touching them it felt it just came out of the freezer. The burger was cold and the houlomi sticks as well. I’m beyond disappointed. McDonald it is not what is used to be. Honestly let’s go back to cooking, £15 down the toilet.

Took over 10 minutes for a burger, I could see an issue being discussed by the managers and staff but no one mentioned it to the customers or apologied.

Dont ever order from here! They’ve messed up the order completely where my food was not delivered at the address I was requested to order. Tried to call them several times but no one was there to answer. Couple days ago happened the same thing, this is not the first incident. Stay away from these thieves!

This branch of McDonald's regularly or often get the orders Wrong !Missing or incorrect items are very frequent !It does have free parking, which is better than some others :)

Staff were polite.Food was appalling. Chicken was so overcooked that it was not edible and had to be put straight in the bin.

McDonalds are quick to promote their "green" credentials but they need to send someone from head office to see how much this particular branch lets them down big time. The owner of this franchise needs a swift kick up the jacksie, there is so much unnecessary waste.Yes the staff are rude, trying to get their attention is nigh on impossible, the service is oh so slow, the entrance is nigh on blocked by McDelivery bicycles, a health and safety issue ignored, the tables are cleared of debris but not wiped, I could go on but other reviews have stressed these points.On our last visit a member of staff handling food was chewing gum or whatever, against the food safety rules laid out in law.My biggest gripe with this branch however, is all the self service kiosks are set to takeaway service only. This means every order is packed into takeaway bags and cup trays. So every order, even if you are eating in, is presented to you this way. All those unnecessary bags and cup trays going into the rubbish bin. Their plastic bin bag use must be huge. That is scandalous.Get it sorted McDonalds.
Sometimes you cannot access the restaurant because there are delivery bicycles hindering entry, especially for the disabled. It is a shame. The waiting time is too long. Staff too calm and unhurried, the tables unclean as well as the toilets. And we are not talking about the ground in the mass area.
