i was in this nandos last night and the staff had a dispute with the customer and when they customer asked to see the manger, the manager refused to talk and when she did speak she used foul language to wards the customer. i would never in my life ever go back to this nandos i had to leave my table and walk out.

Had a lovely time, and staff were friendly and quick to remedy anything that was not satisfactory. The chicken breast was overcooked on the chicken butterfly meal. They did take action by having another one sent out.The mash was overcooked and burnt. This was also replaced without any fuss.

Customer service very bad customer service.I ordered platter at 49£ but after few minutes they told me that they don't have whole chicken so they told me you can get a refund or 2 platter butterfly.We said OK but when the waiter came she brought 2 small parts of chicken with a lot of fries.II spoke with the manager Timmy Fatou regarding my order but she didn't find a solution. She didn't give me a refund or give me more chicken for compensation.

Great service. Top staff members there. Food on this accession was not flavoured enough even though asked for extra hot, the meat was dry and I was not satisfied with my food :-(Guys please put more flavour on the chicken.Parking: Retail park. 3hr limit.

Food is not what is used to be. The prices have increased. The food is dry and burnt. The service and atmosphere is 5 stars.
Really bad service, not enough trained staff, really slow to take orders and ignoring to clear the table .On the other hand if you're waiting for your delivery. Just forget about it. They keep the delivery drivers waiting for a long time.I'm sure other Nando's would be better .So it's advised to choose wisely.Lack of customer serviceParking: Please remember, it's only for 3 hours after that automatic parking penalty.
