An amazing dining experience!A friend and I went for an iftar dinner during Ramadan. The customer service here is honestly amazing. Right from greeting us, to seating us and taking care of us after a long day of fasting. They gave us extra complimentary dishes and checked in with us despite the staff fasting too. The chef even came out and spoke to us.Food was great - good variety and a fair price.A good location in London with a free car park.Amazing service, one of the best I’ve ever received. I organised a surprise bridal shower for my friend. From the beginning of the process of planning it till the day, the restaurant was very helpful, flexible and accommodating. In fact most of my friends assumed I had attended that restaurant in the past because of the level of hospitality we received. We occupied the private room, about 26 of us. They offered us a blue tooth speaker before we asked. They were flexible to re arrange the setting for us to allow a cake table and backdrop. Staff were polite and helpful. Ambience was superb. Food was great too however, I would have expected the starter to be a bit big bigger in size and the side salad for the main a little bit more. The restaurant has private parking which was another great attraction as many of us drove there from far. The pricing was also quite reasonable in comparison to other restaurants I had researched. I will most definitely recommend Neyzen. We had an overall great experience. The owner of the place has a lovely personality.

We booked one of the pods and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Aslam was there to help with what we needed and service was excellent. My husband uses crutches and they helped us get around etc. Food was on point, we definately ordered too much but was lovely. Finished the night off with some sheesha which was lovely. Will recommend to all

Had to wait 40 minutes for pod even though we had booked. The pod was cold as the heaters stopped working. I wouldn't recommend booking the pod as it isn't worth the extra £35.Starters and mains was brought out together despite specifically asking for this to be seperate. The food was cold.I requested a refund for pod as it was a bad experience and this wasn't given.
