I ordered 3 large chicken soups, this is the first time I’ve been to a carribean shop where the staff was friendly, with right amount of chicken, dumplings and potatoes. I waffed down the food so fast I forgot to take a picture. I live in Wanstead and will definitely be making the journey frequently to have their food. Pls don’t change!

We all had a lovely time and really enjoyed the tasty food ? at One love, the waitress who served us (I don't know her name unfortunately but I'm sure she knows who she is ?) was really nice, patient and always had a smile on her face plus nothing was too much to do when we asked her, she also kept making sure we had everything.We went there for Mother's day and we all had a amazing time, the table was nicely done up and there were balloons all above our seating area which was a lovely touch. I certainly recommend going there for a lovely experience and delish food!! they also do delivery so if you are within their delivery zone try some of their food!! We will certainly be back for birthday celebrations throughout the year!

Wicked food plus cakes.. I sat in my car and had the Banana cake and it almost put me to sleep!! Lol Wicked service/Food and theres always a warm welcoming smile ?

2 of my good friends told me about you guys and i have got to this is honestly the best Caribbean restaurant I've been in for a long time and will defo be using them againThe food was full of flavour and the portions was 2 much for your belly to handle ?The staff was very polite and helpful and on hand if you needed anything they made the whole experience a very good oneThank you guys will sure see u again very very soon ?

Enjoyed a nice lunch here with the family. Staff were very accommodating, service was quick and the food was delightful. Will be returning again.Parking: Free parking on weekends and evenings on surrounding roadsKid-friendliness: Not a lot of space for a pushchair. We had are one, but was not an issue as it was quiet. Might be an issue if it is busy. No baby high chair available

After we only gave them 24 hours notice to catered for over a 100 people..The food was so nice that everyone went back for second helping..Will aways go back to them for all my functions in further.A big hands up from all the Greaves and Mathurine family.

My family and I would like to give a huge massive thank you to the One Love restaurant for the AMAZING job they did for our Nans funeral.Having less than 24 hours to make 11 dishes for 110 people!!!! The quality, service and support was outstanding to say the least and It did not disappoint!We could not have done it without you!!!!I’m not sure if anyone would have taken on the job at such short notice!It was all impeccable, professional and TOP CLASS.We will never be able to thank you enough for what you all pulled out the bag!You are all definitely ONE LOVE and it showed in the service, the care and THE FOOD!!!I appreciate you all & I will never forget the support you showed us!!
