Useless. Open 24hrs, but doesn't have pay@pump. Forcing you to talk via inaudible intercom system to a person who has very poor English. Gives the impression that Shell think all their customers are criminals. Avoid, use Tesco a mile up the road if you want to keep your sanity.
No attended pump service. Shop well stocked and clean. All pumps were working. No pays pump which is poor

On side of A12 eastbound, near a traffic light controlled X roads. Thus no use if westbound, and possibly difficult to exit at busy periods.

My favourite garage. Friendly staff, great selection of food and drinks and most importantly, a toilet that is always open. Some garages pretend their toilets aren't working, but this one is always available to use. Great service!
