This is the best starbucks i have been to Andi the manager had been here about 6 years and is so lovely and runs the place so well. The coffee ,staff like Lauren and Veronika are so hospitable and the atmosphere is lovely. Try it yourself.

I love this branch of starbucks especially the employees inside. I go every Sunday and ask for my usual which is quite complicated, they never make faces, never complain and always get it right. Best starbucks In London and I've tried alot, very friendly, very welcoming, I love going there. Its my weekly ritual now <3

I was very impressed with Andie. Considering how many drinks and people she must deal with everyday, she was very helpful, got the order right and completed quickly, then made sure I had enough bags to carry it safely. Excellent service that deserves praise.

Today i went into Starbucks and got myself an iced brown sugar.On my arrival everything was good until the supervisor on duty did not put the lid on the coffee properly.To my surprise i walked out and started drinking it and coffee went all over my brand new superdry tshirt which costed me 30 quid and my new combats from next which cost 40 quid.I wasnt happy so i went into the Starbucks and asked them all how did this happen?I spoke to the girl who i didn’t know was the supervisor at the time and said you didnt put the lid on properly and she replied i did put the lid on properly.Well… if you put the lid on properly i wouldn't be returning to you with coffee all down my outfit!On top of this after denying that she didnt put the lid on incorrectly when i asked for something to clean up with all i got was a dry tissue and i had to ask for water or soda water and a clean dishcloth to sort the stain out.Once i asked who the supervisor was all i got was ‘sorry’ and they all just got back to there service without a care in the world.I was already trying to beat the car park ticket which had a 15 minute window to get back to car which means not only dis i have to pay 3 quid for the car park i now have to get my outfit drycleaned.Im so shocked at the service i got, i love starbucks and im so angry at the company for training your staff like this.I can confirm that it was the Starbucks in the brewery Romford. And i got my coffee at 10.55 am.Now i don't know what kind of customer service you train here but I'm gobsmacked at it all let alone the example your supervisor is setting for the rest of the staff on duty.I didnt even get offered anything at all and it just made me even more angry i paid for. Coffee that was 1/4 spilt aswell. I honestly thought she just didn’t care.

As a coffee lover I often go to either costa or Starbucks. I bought a coffee from Starbucks yesterday. The tables were dirty and still had trays on them. It was not busy so not sure why this has not been cleaned up.The sofas were not clean either. I don’t usually post but in two days I have found both costa in Edmonton and Starbucks in Romford very disappointing.
