The single waitress that served our large table worked her but of but the rest was awful. Drinks took over an hour to come for some people. Once food was ordered it took another 1.5 hours for it to start coming out but then another 1.5 hours for the last person to get their food. 2 meals were actually forgot. Some people on the table were leaving before the last meal had even come out and it was freezing cold. Most people's meals were either incorrect or only half the meal was on the plate and the rest never arrived. It was very stressful meal.We did get a refund on those unfinished/cold and undelivered meals. But the kitchen and bar side seemed to be a shambles.Wouldn't visit again.But tue single waitress did her absolute best shame I can't remember her name.

For the service and price the food was very average. £20 burger tasted hardly any different from McDonald's. We ordered onion rings and it was oily and soggy despite paying double the usual price.Other food such as pasta and drinks were again below averages.The ambience is certainly good, but the place is not worth another visit.

The food it's ok but became too expensive for what you get.The the cocktails are not even close to a cocktail, there is no taste of alcohol and there is too much sugar in it.
Group of 7 for dinner. The starters and drinks took almost an hour to arrive and some of the food arrived cold. They did replace the starters but the service in general was slow and inattentive.The food itself was average - not bad but definitely not worth it for the time we waited and the price.

Service was great but everything else was poor and overpriced. Charging west end prices in Romford for mediocre food which probably explains why it's half empty every time I walk past.

I gave it a 3 for food because the fries were spicy no mentioned on the menu of them being that way. I did ask to.I appreciate them asking about allergies but what l don't understand is why did l get a tiny roll because l wanted gluten free l buy these always normal size.I don't mind paying quite a bit more money l felt that we didn't much food for the cost. Having an allergy doesn't mean wanting less food.The staff were nice though. I like music don't mind it quite loud, it was quite hard to talk above it sometimes.
