POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BLAND FOOD!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!I've been a customer for 6 years and honestly use to enjoy their food, and have never complained but the company has definitely down hill, getting orders wrong, rude delivery driver and chef . I placed a delivery order for £35 was told 30 mins then 1hour 10 mins later my delivery came with missing chicken fried noodles and my duck had so much white/yellow fat on it- (never had I ever seen duck like this in my life), I had to go to out of my way to the shop and explain/ show them and the lady said that's how it comes, I told them I'm happy to wait for the missing noodles as they were for my son and now I will need to make him dinner and she said they are too busy, the man came out (chef) can out the kitchen and said give her back the money-very dismissive poor customer service! Not the way to run a business!!Definitely won't be returning and will warn others!!Waste of money and time!!

This is your typical Chinese takeaway. They've been in Harold Wood for as long as I can remember so they must be doing something right. A quick turnaround on orders and great if you want a night in with a reasonably priced Chinese takeaway.

Have been using Bamboo Garden for quite some time now. Food always good. I order the same every time, so know how much the cost is. I noticed on my online banking last week that I had been over charged. Tonight when collecting my order I mentioned that I had been overcharged last week. What a big fuss. The owner was called and disputed what I was saying. He asked me to go back next week when he had ‘found’ a copy of my order even though I explained that I order the same every time and showed him my bank statement. Reluctantly he eventually gave my refund.Safe to say I will not be using this takeaway again.

This is one of the last surviving “old school” Chinese takeaways in the area.I love the food from here.Most Chinese takeaways these days are a bit “samey” with average food that’s just “ok” because they buy all their supplies from the same wholesaler.Try it, you’ll love it, use it or lose it.
Absolutely lovely food but anything what is not a rice or nood dish the portions were shocking I just about scraped my three children with fair portions !!!

Had home delivery most of the food was ok but the barbecue spare ribs were inedible rung to complain said they would let the boss know no credit or offer of refund bad customer service

Every time I go there and order salt and pepper chilli squed. (6 times in a row)I always ask for extra chili to have it hot but never done as per my request.Seems like they don't care about customer request!

Just had £25 of cold food delivered, called them about it, and was told that they would inform the chef………no offer of a refund or credit note, won’t ever be using them again. Waste of money. ?
