Came in store to ask just for a small cup of hot water and all staff members did not give me. It’s just water, and they was not trying to help me. I have been a customer for years and they have been very stingy with hot water in Surrey

Convenient Starbucks in the shopping centre. The line can be long sometimes but soon moves quick enough. Saturday mornings can be quiet with plenty of seating (see video). I’ve come did some work here travelling between meetings which worked well.

Nearly always a queue here. Went back today at about 11.30 it was horrendous. They had 2 people taking money and orders and 1 person making the drinks. He must have been new because he knew where nothing was, and the queue was growing by the minute.By the time I got to the collection point, there were 10 people in front of me and 15 people behind me.When I collected my coffee, those 15 people had paid their money and were waiting, horrendous for a Sunday morning.Manager wake up and sort out your staffing issues.

STARBUCKS DEREHAM PLUS market tuesday and Friday and local shops buses to and from Norwich Straight 8 and Red bus to King's Lynn and Norwich the numberv8 goes to Norwich East anglia
A chain is a chain. But they have sockets everywhere to charge your laptop if you want to work from home, they have an additional floor upstairs with more seating and an accessible toilet. My only con is that nearly all the time they misspell my name. But overall good.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s easily accessible. No ramp needed as there are no steps and the main ground floor is really spacious.
