I don't know who handle the car clean service at Station since last one month the vacuum didn't work at all? I went today on 31st Dec still its not working. The manager or whoever handle they are not care about it. Rubbish service provided. I lost almost£5.00 on vacuum b. It's not about money but it's all about nonsense service

I visit it every week. But now they have started cheating asian customers. They display price like £1.50 in big writings but if you read small print it says FROM £1.50.IT SHOULD BE THE CORRECT PRICE ON DISPLAY. When you scan item they charge lot more.

I would advise you to get your app details before going into store as the internet reception inside is non existent so 1 star removed other than that it's a good store.

I have been a customer at Asda South Ruislip for almost 4 years. We live locally and it’s one of the most convenient stores for us (although not our favourite - due to its staff). The behaviour and attitude of some of the staffs here have been very unpleasant and there was a period of time we quit Asda ( for almost a year) only because of these behaviours. On the other hand I must say some colleagues are very professional, supportive and pleasant. I believe this is the team leaders or the assistant managers who often are very rude to customers. (On many occasions I felt I must record and post on social media to show how the staff at Asda South Ruislip treat its customers, but thanks to GDPR ). They treat customers as if we are getting the items from the store for free.We spend our time , money and energy to do shopping and when we see the quality of the products are not upto the expectations, we have the right to return and get refund for it. Today (08.12.23) I been to store to return some rotten avocados that I bought form South Ruislip store , 2 days ago. But the manager on duty ( I heard her name as Sra) was very rude to me and refused to replace and refund saying I didn’t have the receipt. She also showed me that the item was expired yesterday, I asked her to show me the date of expiry on the package, she showed me some figures showing L7 ( who on earth will know this is the expiry date of a product, unless you are associated with retail stores). This lady didn’t even bother to check what was the issue with the product. There was some insects bites which damaged one of the fruits. She shouldn’t have even argued over the receipt or the expiry date , had she had the manners and professionalism to explore the issue further. It was also an insult for me as she was speaking in-front of other customers and her look and attitude was like I was trying to get something for free under her mercy.. RIDICULOUS..I have many of my friends stopped shopping at Asda due to the bad treatment they get or they evidence from some of the staffs in South Ruislip store. If they do not change the behaviour the company will lose many more loyal customers. After all we don’t have be treated like this by after paying for a product and service. What’s the relevance of Asda’s ‘guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on their product’ ?

Visited Asda Cafe and extremely disappointed. The shelves were all empty and the young man was very despondent, most likely because there was nothing to sell

Some helpful people here but mostly the staff hardly know what store they are in and very little knowledge of the products in store or where they are .Some staff seem to take it out on you if they have had a bad dayWhen it first opened it was much better but after securing steady customers the efforts to be good customer service have gone down!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local ASDA supermarket, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I entered the store, it was evident that customer service was a top priority. The great service I received started with a friendly greeting from the staff at the entrance. They were more than willing to assist with any questions or directions I needed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Throughout my shopping trip, I noticed that the aisles were clean and well-organized, making it easy to find the items on my list. The store layout was intuitive, and I appreciated the clear signage that helped me navigate. One of the standout features of this ASDA store was the fantastic range of products available. Whether you're looking for fresh produce, pantry staples, household items, or specialty products, they had it all. The variety was impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed in one place. I particularly appreciated the quality of their fresh produce and the extensive selection of international foods. What truly made my visit memorable was the staff members' exceptional attitude and willingness to assist customers. The employees were not only knowledgeable about the products but also approachable and ready to lend a helping hand. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction I had.In conclusion, my visit to my local ASDA supermarket was a delightful experience. The great service, wide range of products, and friendly staff members made it a truly enjoyable shopping trip. I left the store feeling satisfied and with a cart full of high-quality items. Without a doubt, I will be returning to ASDA for my future grocery needs, knowing that I can count on them for a pleasant and convenient shopping experience.

everything was going well, I ordered a panini and a hot chocolate, but when I got my food back to the table I noticed an small object floating in the middle of my drink and out of curiosity I fished it out only to realize it was some sort of bug . I had already had my doubts when I saw a dozen flies buzzing around the machines, but this was a really surprising discovery as I had no problems with the cafe before.

Unfortunately living where I live, ASDA is the nearest supermarket. However In the past 6 months I have seen prices go up on almost every commodity available here that you can name. Not only is asda shamelessly taking advantage of the cost of living crisis but this coupled with a poor discount system via the asda rewards app makes it worse. What sense does it make to spend atleast a £100 and get a £1 back? I dont understand whats wrong with them.

Not so great. If you have a photo already you can get prints but if you want to get a photo clicked in these booths might not be a good idea. The photos are not properly exposed and in a low light. The price is almost same as any professional photo studios. So better go there for the better value for your money. Avoid this for clicking photos rather it might a good option for reprinting the photo you already have.
