Poor management and extremely poor member of staff, different rules for different customers in the pub, if you are a regular feel free to get away with whatever you like and nothing will be said but if you are a new face you will be treat very differently almost to the point of racism.Maybe the group should send random people in to the ruislip wetherspoons very very regularly to monitor the really poor levels on a Friday and Saturday night.

Been going here for many many years. The management lately is awful. I strongly suspect the manager and one of the head barmen are racist. They simply don't like brown people, any excuse to say they can't serve. AND IM WHITE. Tonight just confirmed it. They are inexperienced and inept and dealing with the simplest situations. So racist and aggressive. Honestly they should be removed immediately. Pictures available on request. Subject Access Request from body worm cameras has been requested.

Really nice pub. Have been going here for the past six years. Shame about the manager Kelvin who thinks he owns the place. If you disagree with him he kicks you out no listening to reason. Shame JJ moons have such a insecure power hungry person in charge.

This weatherspoon is very clean and looks so nice, toilets dirty as always! Service is very fast and food is delicious. Staff is friendly also. They don't serve pizza so 1 star less. You can have some cocktails choices also.

Food is always hot and fresh. It's a very busy pub and staff work really hard to keep everyone happy. Due to the amount of people they have coming and going table's often need a good wipe down but other than that it's great!

Food is good for the price, including the drink, but you have to be careful to turn your back to your drink or food , they take it away from you without finishing it, they took my drink from my table in seconds without even ask me if I finish, my glass was almost full , I question them , and their answer was , that the drink was unattended, be sure to let go your drink because you will loose it. Don't even think to go to the bathroom because without finishing your meal you wont find it, it is probably you will find somebody else in your table
